Biography: Prof. Ming Liu graduated from the College of Chemical engineering and Material Engineering at the University of Kentucky with a doctor's degree. He is a professor at the College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Fuzhou University. He is the 2016 Minjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of Fujian Province, and the Accredited expert of China Scholarship Council Experts for talents Training Special Program and Local Cooperation Program of China Scholarship Council in Western China, Evaluation and evaluation expert for Academic degree and Postgraduate Education of Ministry of Education, Evaluation and evaluation expert for High-tech enterprises of Fujian Science and Technology Department, Standing Director of Fujian Mechanics Society, Director of Fujian Overseas Students' Association, and the journal 《Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering》staff

Prof. Gang Zhang
Harbin Institute of Technology,China

Biography: Gang Zhang has been a Full Professor at the Research Center of Satellite Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology since 2019. He received the B.S. degree from the School of Mathematics at Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2012. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Texas A&M University from 2009 to 2010.His research areas are orbit dynamics and control, trajectory optimization, and uncertainty analysis. He has published more than 50 journal papers as the first/corresponding author, including 15 papers in JGCD and IEEE TAES. He received the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award in Aerospace Engineering, and several Science and Technology Awards in provincial and ministerial level. He won the Champion of the 10th China Trajectory Optimization Competition as the Team Leader. Now He serves as the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, and the editorial board of several international journals. He participated in several satellite missions, including the world’s first microsatellite (Longjiang-2) to complete Earth-to-Moon transfer, near-moon braking, and circumlunar flight.

Prof. Vijay Kumar Thakur
SRUC, Scotland's Rural College

Biography: Professor in New Products from Biomass, Agriculture & Business Management, Biorefining and Advanced Materials Research Centre.Previously held faculty positions at Cranfield University UK, Washington State University USA, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and LHU–Taiwan. He did his Post-Doctoral study in Materials Science & Engineering at Iowa State University and received a PhD in Polymer Science (2009).
In his academic career, he has published more than 250 SCI journal research articles and holds one United States patent. Among these, 25 of his research papers have been highlighted as "Highly Cited Papers" in Web of Science (less than 1% of published papers receive this ranking) while 5 papers have been highlighted as "Hot Papers" (Hot papers are selected by virtue of being cited among the top one-tenth of one percent -0.1%) in a current bimonthly period in Web of Science). 
He has also published 50 books and 40 book chapters on the advanced state-of-the-art of polymer science/materials science/ biorefining/ nanotechnology. Vijay is an editorial board member of several international journals (including Nature Scientific Reports, Industrial Crops and Products, Surface and Interfaces, Nano-Structures & Nano-Objects, Polymers for Advanced Technologies) as well as a member of scientific bodies around the globe. He also sits on grant review panels for governmental agencies and educational institutions in the UK, USA, Germany, Poland, Austria, Singapore, Portugal, Chile, Cyprus, UAE, Kazakhstan, South Africa, and India.

A.Prof. Wu Zhang

Shenyang Ligong University

Biography: Wu Zhang is Professor in Chemical Engineering at Shenyang Liogng University since 2014, whereby he is the main researcher of the powder engineering group. His fields of expertise include sonochemistry, heterogeneous catalyst synthesis and characterization, and photocatalysis. He is also interested in extractive processes of metals. 

A.Prof. Xiao Lu

Shenyang Ligong University

Biography: Dr. Xiao has been committed to the design and synthesis of nanomaterials and basic application research in energy and chemical related fields, and has made a series of important original achievements in the design, synthesis and application of nanomaterials. At present, the research focuses on the preparation and characterization of materials under special fields, the controllable preparation and application of fuel cell catalysts, and the research and development of new energy devices.
